“Walked in shy but they made me feel better by giving me a bag to put all the stuff I was buying inside they even helped me by sending out a young lady to help me pick out the underwear and told me about the deals and made me feel confident saying it’s cool that you can come in and buy your girlfriend or wife underwear don’t feel shy it’s awesome seeing guys still doing this alone!!”
“I shopped at Hot Topic in my teen years and now my teens like to shop here. Honestly, in my 30's I still like to get some fun items here. Band t-shirts never go out of style. There are unique clothing items and novelty items which are good for gifts and room decoration. The staff are friendly and helpful.”
“Went there to find a pair of work boots. Staff couldn't be more friendly. Looking through the aisle and a salesman asked if I needed help. He directed a young lady to help me. She found the type of boot I wanted and at a reduced price. Excellent service, selection and help.”
“my package was delayed for 4 days and i called the store multiple times and there wasn’t any solutions just was told to call customer service and deal with it myself. i was super frustrated.
the last time I called i got in contact with Diana and she personally called customer service for me to figure out the problem and got a new order shipped out all within a hour. I really appreciate all her hard work and how she took initiative to make it right for me. She then called me the NEXT day to make sure it was all handled. give that girl a raise! she was awesome.”
“Loooved the visit today. Took my teenage daughter there to get sized for a bra and the ladies there were wonderful. Every single one. They took such good care of her and made her feel comfortable. Made sure she got fitted just right. And helped me as well! I can go on and on but they were so nice and patient with us. If I could give more stars I would. Will be going back for sure!! “We have loved this shop since day one ! Both locations are great and everyone is friendly and helpful. We have done a lot of online orders with friends and family as well and everything we purchase are great products. If you are looking for something different to wear or to decorate the home , give as a gift or need pantry items that will add that extra touch shop here . The sisters definitely will keep you entertained and have the cutest items that you can pick up or in some cases have delivered if you enjoy shopping online as well.”

My only complaint is, there’s no Wi-Fi for people who have to wait. Its say there guest wifi but they wouldn't give me the password
Cell service is bad.

“Cool store. Lotsa the stuff you see online was in stock, there's plenty of inventory at this location. It's hard shopping online so being able to check items out in person is a big deal. The store is air conditioned, clean and organized. The staff was helpful without being pushy. Plenty of parking too.
I'm not really sure the guidelines for rating a clothing/gear store so 5 stars is based on the idea that I can't think of something I would change to make it better.”

A gentleman helped us and was very knowledgeable and my daughter was surprised. He was very nice and polite even though he was the only one working that day with other customers in the store. I recently had an excellent shopping experience at Macy’s fragrance department in Fairfield, and I wanted to share it! The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference.
Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Macy’s, for such a wonderful holiday shopping experience.
