“We have loved this shop since day one ! Both locations are great and everyone is friendly and helpful. We have done a lot of online orders with friends and family as well and everything we purchase are great products. If you are looking for something different to wear or to decorate the home , give as a gift or need pantry items that will add that extra touch shop here . The sisters definitely will keep you entertained and have the cutest items that you can pick up or in some cases have delivered if you enjoy shopping online as well.”
“Amazing staff, I bought something meant for a birthday and changed my mind last second and a lady at returns was more than kind helping me return my item even though it was opened she still accepted and I got a full refund, I think the ladies name was taylor and with my past experiences with rude and harsh return staff at other locations she made my past better with her hospitality and kindness. 10/10 will be coming back”

“I don't normally go to Boxlunch but my daughter is an anime fan. We both ended up buying something but mine was Disney. A gentleman helped us and was very knowledgeable and my daughter was surprised. He was very nice and polite even though he was the only one working that day with other customers in the store. “I visit the store at Solano town center on a regular basis because you know kids grow like weeds. Every visit has been great & the staff is always helpful. The manager Jackie has always been very knowledgeable & quick with her service. Definitely recommend this store to friends & family”
