It is considered one of the best stores, serving as an anchor store at the mall. Staff members are generally noted as friendly, pleasant, and helpful, especially in assisting with selections and managing returns. However, some helpers can be overzealous in promoting store credit cards. While sales are great, finding an open register can sometimes be difficult. The store offers a wide range of national and private brands, along with services like photo appointments with a reasonable return time.
We would have purchased more items of they had more cashiers available. Only 2 checkouts on black Friday. Why??? We were going thru the store and found tons more stuff we wanted to buy, but didn't want to wait in line again
