Nicholas the Manager helped me track down a receipt from the store in Roseville. It was difficult because the Roseville store entered my email wrong. He was on the phone with them for 10-15 minutes and was able to track it down. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to exchange my shoes for the right amount.
