“Purchased my first firearm with them. Visited the store 3 times and each time I worked with one or two different workers. Each one of them were very knowledgeable and helpful towards this intimidated first time buyer. First visit was for general knowledge where two workers showed me different firearms and their features, why they like it, things they look for personally when purchasing a firearm, things like that. Once I settled on which firearm, I ordered it online. Second visit was when the online order arrived and to start my background check. The gentleman working during this visit was nothing but complimentary about my choice of purchase, and it always feels awesome being reassured you made the right choice (or at least not a bad one). He helped during the background check process and I was on my way. An eternity later (but 10 days according to the calendar) I pick up the gun and the gentleman this time was a true quick and professional worker, and I always appreciate someone who apologizes to customers when computers are slow or when the line is a little long. Overall A+ experience with them, highly suggested.”
