You can hold philosophical differences with a company, that's fine; you are free to choose to go with another company that tells you what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear. I've been a client of this specific firm for over 15 years and am impressed with the professionalism and care with which they approach their comprehensive financIal planning. It does not sound like the issue even originated with this office, so why lay the blame at their doorstep? I'm very confident, if you would have contacted this office, they would have explained the process to you so you wouldn't have made hasty and costly mistakes. Yelp should be more responsible about approving reviews which are not even associated with a specific location. I've always encountered a very professional group of advisors at this office.”

The service rep, Quentin Colter (?), helped us, along with Allison (?). Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We appreciated the excellent service they provided. We made an appointment in advance. And though we arrived a little earlier than our appointment time, the reps were very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't have to wait too long, which was nice. Also, Quentin was very knowledgeable about the different product offerings at Wells Fargo. He helped us to determine what kind of account would best serve our needs.”
