One of the best J.C. Penney stores in the U.S. Very clean & well stocked. Staff members are friendly. I live in Nevada. I wish we had a JCP store like this one.

Came to buy mattress cover. They're not in one area, had to look around for them. No sales reps on floor. Ended up going elsewhere.

Very clean and organized..helpers over zealous for customers to take out credit card for JC Penney after refusal they bow beat you accept..cannot accept the word NO

Great sales for Mother's Day. The original bracelet I was going to purchase for my wife was out of my price range. But the helpful staff helped me select something more within my price range that my wife loves.

Store doors locked at 9:00pm even though they should be open til 10:00pm. A waste of gas and time. Do not recommend.
