“I was kindly greeted at the store upon arrival. I needed my wedding ring resized, and the prongs that held the diamond built up. The associate assisting me was very knowledgeable, she did a thorough job of sizing and determining my needs, plus the pricing was reasonable. The ring work was done in just over an hour! I was amazed at the perfect fit, and astonished at how beautiful my 52 year old wedding ring looked! It was wonderful having my precious ring back in such a timely manner. I thanked the associate at the counter, but I was so excited with my ring that I forgot to give the jewler my deep appreciation for the fantastic work that he did. Thank you!”

“Best jewelry store in the Fairfield Mall hands down. The other stores charge 3x as much for gold let alone the diamonds. I had just recently purchased 2 items a 10k gold ring with natural diamonds & a pendant with lab grown diamonds one on credit pre approved the other I payed in full. I also able to return/exchange the one I payed in full for a another item the very next day due to me not wanting the lab grown diamonds even with the receipt saying No refunds No exchange All sales final. The item was a 10k natural diamond pendant with a gold Jesus, They even gave me two 50$ gift cards that I was able to purchase a 14k natural diamond nose piercing for my fiancé on the way out. The associate Francisco & manger EZE helped me with all this I am more than happy with my experience with them ?”
“We called the store and conversed with Renee who was exceptionally useful in discovering the wristband we were searching for and disclosed to us how to see and give it a shot in the parking garage (because of the shopping center being shut in light of Covid-19).
