Marife's knowledge, patience, and exemplary customer service eased my mind through the process and helped me with making a wonderful choice. Tita, Store Manager, is magnificent. Tita went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision and shared her expertise with the cut and carat of the diamonds as well. Tita was also very knowledgeable about diamond protection and insurance.
Would like to add that both Tita and Marife as well as Lory, Assistant Manager, were warm and welcoming. The ladies were also very humorous and had great personalities that kept me actively engaged through the process while making my purchase. All 3 ladies were very patient as well and stayed past the time of the closing of the store - they did not rush me at any moment and were kind. Thanks Ladies & Merry Christmas!!! “Really cool spot! Wonderful and knowledgeable owners. I was recommended this place by my reiki teacher. They do aura readings where they take a Polaroid picture of you so you can see your aura instantly! They are great at explaining the colors and what they mean. Will definitely be back here again.”
