Customer service is insanely good at T-Mobile. Their stores can be a bit different though. I recommend doing everything by phone when dealing with T-Mobile. If all the personnel in their stores were as good as the call center and if T-Mobile had better coverage I'd give them 5 stars.

So personally it’s the plan itself. My grandmother in the past one and a half years has went through THREE of you phones and they stopped working. 3 freaking times. I don’t recommend this phone plan

Nightmare fraud experience!!! I went in to reactivate my account, barely a week "old", customer service, Shay told me I had to pay higher rate for first month, get "free phone", and high activation charges, an unknown additional charges, even errors in calculation and added to subtotal!

This 5 star review is for the girls DEBBIE and ELLA, they made me feel welcome got to helping me immediately when they saw me, I was in line less than 1 minute, one of the girls saw that I was outside the parking preparing my stroller for my baby and when I came to the front doors she open the doors for me to help me, that right there is straight up professional and caring workers and this is how it should be at every tmobile stores, every1 need to take note from these wonderful girls, these girls made me and my baby feel very comfortable in their store, made my experience fast and easy and answer all my questions on the device I had purchased I did not get any bad attitudes whatsoever like most tmobile stores, they are by far the sweetest and nicest tmobile workers ever I demand they get a raised for impeccable amazing customer service! Thank you DEBBIE and ELLA

I went to Tmobile branch in Vacaville to purchace the Oneplus branded phone. Unfortuntely they did not have the phone in stock. They were kind enough to check the branch in Fairfield on West Texas if they have it in stock which they do. So I went to this Branch and when I got to the store and was about ready to purchase the phone I asked the clerk if they can wave the $25.00 upgrade fee and she said no so then I asked for the Manager. The manager just flatly said no without even checking my customer history which mind you that I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years. This branch just lost a sale!!!

As soon as I walked in the girl looked at us super snobby and I said hi to her and she didn't even say hi back. And it looks like someone else has encountered this too. The associates here were rude and not friendly I have no idea why they would hire them. Also I extended my plan for I can get unlimited cell phone service I México and I got a message saying I will be charged 50 cents a message and 2 dollars for calling a minute don't know if it's a mistake or not but regardless horrible customer service no wonder no one goes there.

Just switched from AT&T. Rachael was very helpful and the process was easy. My phone bill will decrease by quite a bit and T-Mobile will pay my Netflix!

We got here and there was one couple ahead of us. We thought maybe itd be a 15 min wait. Well 3 other people came in and there were only 2 workers. All the people who came in after us have already been helped and We've been here for over an hour and no help.
