They promise free car wash for life, when you purchase a new car. But when it comes to honoring the commitment, they make you wait 30-45 minutes to even acknowledge your existence. I understand that it might be low on their priorities but at least keep your word

I just had the brake calipers on my Mach E professionally painted 2 days prior to the service. And after tire rotation was done, I checked my car and saw large scrapes on the 2 front big brakes. I told the service adviser, and I didn't know if I was expecting something different but it's very predictable that they denied responsibility. He told me it might be caused by rocks BUT I checked those calipers before checking in and they're pristine. It's quite clear now that they don't really care about your car when you dropped them off for service, they just want to finish as quickly as possible.

I spoke to a salesman several times about a truck I wanted to purchase and was provided a quote in writing for the truck along with e-mail confirmation of the total price. I agreed to purchase the truck only to be called a few hours later by the salesman saying that he "made a mistake" and the truck will be $4,000.00 more than the written quote. They refused to honor the quote. This is a terrible dealership.

Omg! From dropping my car off with Ana to having it delivered by Beth, this was thee most amazing car experience I've ever had. A lyft driver took me home. A while later, I received a video showing the technician working on my car. I've never had anything like that before. That was so cool! I received text messages with updates all along the way and Beth, who delivered my car was fantastic. Thank you Ford Fairfield for a wonderful car service appointment. You all are great!

Started with email inquiries and having many dealers responded Brian Rice was the guy who can help me straightforward no games. I thought I would have to pay thousands of dollars for the negative equity on my trade in but he did what I thought was only in real estate, creative financing with almost no money down and drove away with a certified Ford Ranger. Guess thats why he has 30+ awards.

An amazing experience with our service specialist Ahbi. Brought our fusion in for a skid plate replacement. Ahbi took the initiative to look our previous services up. The part we need was under warranty. Called and paid for my wife a Lyft to get home while the repairs were made. Had a Lyft pick her up at the completion of repairs. The true meaning of great service. Thanks Fairfield ford. You have a customer for life.

Let me start off by saying that the staff at Ford Fairfield are very nice people. My issue is the cost of evaluating the issue with my car. Yes, I agreed to pay up to a certain amount but never did I think it would reach that amount to read codes from an odb reader. It is, what it is but it still doesn't make it right. Again, nice people. They just over charge people to the point where some of us would never return or recommend the dealership to someone else.

Me and my husband we're shopping around for a new suv so we stopped by the dealership. Dalilah assisted through the whole process showing us many good choices that works with our family. I had searching for a particular make and model and located one finally at Ford Fairfield. When I contacted them via a web link I received a prompt response from Mark Dnistran (Direct Sales Manager). He was very informative and helpful and the next day(a Sunday) I was able to see, drive and purchase the car that I really really really wanted. The entire process was made incredibly smooth and even pleasant by Mark and other staff (Jonathan and the finance gentleman). The car needed some work that I requested and Mark, Jonathan and Kayla in Service worked very hard and made sure that I became a satisfied customer. Excellent communication and just wonderful service. I bought my first car 50 years ago and have never had a better experience. They do it right here. I highly recommend them and give Mark and the staff my sincere thanks for making my purchase special.

My previous car was Totaled after being rear ended. I had been to several dealerships and had been treated like a cash cow and when my husband and I walked in, immediately the vibe was different. My husband and I stopped in to look at the Ford Rangers to see if we were interested. After a short conversation, a wild test drive, and the flip of a coin we decided to talk more with Mr. Bryan Rice about our options. Bryan and the whole team were tremendously helpful, extremely understanding, and wonderfully kind! We ended up walking out with the exact vehicle we wanted and felt comfortable during the whole process. Everything was explained in detail and there wasn't any point were we felt that our best interest wasn't in the dealer's mind. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to upgrade their wheels!

Mark was amazing!! After buying a car here two years ago, I wasn't going to come back. The salesman rushed me and made me feel cornered into buying a car I hated. Flash forward to today, I started looking for a car and Mark reached out offering assistance.
