The courier claims they delivered my package to a “parcel locker “ and there is NO LOCKER in my apartment only Amazon locker and speaken with Amazon it makes no sense why USPS would put it in there so my conclusion is that carrier STOLE MY PACKAGE that was expensive

This is the fourth time this post office has lost or messed up a delivery of my package. Maybe y’all should spend more time training your drivers how to properly deliver stuff. Why are my packages getting put in other people’s mailboxes or getting lost.

Lesson learned/bought:
I went to the Fairfield post office this morning to buy a $45 money order and do other mailing business. I brought $20 bills with me since I didn't have small bills. I gave the clerk $60 in cash for the money order and paid the other transactions with a credit card. I was preoccupied at that time and did not realize the missing $15 change till I got home. After trying to contact the post office via several phone calls unsuccessfully, I visited it in person, thinking they might have discovered the mistake. No, the clerk claimed that I only handed her $45 cash.
To the post office management: Please have your clerks count the money out loud at the counter during cash transactions, and to clarify the exchange with customers.
Highlighting the good team and leadership: Five Stars!
I visited the Fairfield Post Office three times today. I saw a new crew/team there. The staff worked diligently, they were very patient and professional despite the usual long line. Kudos to the passport counter staff, Phu, the office manager, Amethia for their professionalism, and to all other friendly staff. Keep up the great work and positive vibes!

In a world that often forgets the silent champions, I want to pause and recognize one: Shante, our incredible mail carrier from Fairfield USPS.
Day after day, rain or shine, heatwave or cold front — you show up. You show up not just as a postal worker, but as a protector of trust, a consistent thread in the fabric of our community. You face challenges most people wouldn’t guess: loose dogs, disrespectful strangers, even stalkers — yet you move with grace, strength, and purpose.
While others might let these obstacles weigh them down, you rise above them. You don’t just deliver mail — you deliver peace of mind, consistency, and a reminder that there are still people who care deeply about doing things the right way.
I want to say thank you — not just for what you do, but for how you do it. With dignity. With diligence. With a sense of service that uplifts everyone around you.
You’re more than a mail carrier, Shante.
You’re a pillar.
You’re a protector.
You’re a blessing.
Fairfield is lucky to have you, and I’m grateful every day for your presence in our neighborhood. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed — it’s deeply respected, and deeply appreciated.
With heartfelt thanks,
Orchard Dr.

I received someone else’s mail, so I wrote “not at this address. Return to sender.” The next day, that mail was returned to me.
Two days later, I was notified that my small package from Amazon was undeliverable by the post office and I had to go to the post office to pick it up. How was it not able to be delivered when the mail carrier delivers mail on my street every day?

Horrible management and staff, they have lost two packages of mine, recently I dropped off a package in blue bins outside of the building a I see the package is not tracking and then blue bin is missing, I talked to employees inside asking where the blue bin went and where’s the package inside of it. manager was useless in helping out a customer I was told that they got it it should be tracking or I can file a complaint.

The worst service. The workers are bad people and slow. They are useless. They should fire all those people. Very bad service.

Tried to call them absolutely useless. Horrible system. Horrible options. Just built to clearly get you to hang up. Awful. A pox on that system and whoever built it.

I had to come here for fingerprinting and to get some money orders. The young lady that helped me, Ebony, was so incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful! She is an absolute rockstar! I am really glad she was on when I came in; she made the whole process was very fast and easy. It’s a quite bustling and busy USPS but I was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes. Very happy, excellent customer service! :)
