“A few days ago I would have left a totally different review, but the backstory, My car was making a knocking sound and I made an appt and they replaced my rear shocks and struts and two back tires, over the course of two days since the part needed to be ordered. I Picked up the car after spending $850 & noticed the next morning it was still making a knocking sound so I called and was told to bring it in and they will recheck it.
When I dropped it off I had the worst experience with the woman at the front desk named Doreen. She had the worst attitude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said “okay we’ll check it out” then started to walk off. (I’ve been there 3 separate times at this point and witnessed 3/4 rude customer interactions by Doreen) But I left the car and by 530pm I didn’t hear anything yet so I called and Doreen at first couldn’t even find my car. Placed on hold for 5 minutes (assumed she was looking for it)was told they didn’t have time to get to it even though they didn’t get it right the first time.
I picked it up and Doreen wasn’t accommodating, and didn’t try to fix the situation that they got wrong and told me to make another appt and tried to give me a whole different set of keys that weren’t mine.
Here is the reason I’m leaving the 5 star review, I decided to give Les Schwab one more try as I’ve been coming here for years, I called on Friday morning and spoke with Elizabeth, explained what has been happening and the terrible experience I’ve been having with Les Schwab.
Elizabeth told me I could bring it in that same day but I couldn’t come in Friday due to my schedule but she let me know Saturday morning was also available to make the situation right. I came in Saturday morning at 8:15 am and my car was diagnosed/fixed and ready by 9:58 am. Not only was Elizabeth accommodating she was friendly, had great attention to detail and she fixed the issue that wasn’t done the first 3 visits.
After dealing with 3 separate visits I was ready to cut my ties with Les Schwab and Elizabeth kept me as a loyal customer and flipped my negative experience into a VERY POSITIVE one! And she’s a NEW EMPLOYEE, already deserves a RAISE ! Please get more employees like Elizabeth!!!!”
“I Have been going to them for yrs, when I lived in Fairfield, I'm Vacaville, they gave me a great deal on 4 new tires, along with wheel allinement, I very good price, alone with there customer service, I dont trust any shop in Vacaville, I had previous bad experience”
