Just a few weeks ago she also managed to get blood for my son Samuel's lab test, and he has alzheimer's and just will hardly drink any water at all, but Rose succeeded there as well.”
“So thankful for the staff I met today. I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seen for a blood test. The sweet receptionist helped me so much paying out of pocket. Made it very affordable and Krissy the phlebotomist (I hope I remembered your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. She helped me get through it super easily. Best customer service ever.”

“I took my 90 year old mother here today for labs! The two people working today - a girl and a guy would make this company proud! They could not have been nicer and super efficient and professional. Our phlebotomist was the girl and she was friendly and careful with my mother. My husband has gone here several times and speaks highly of them - which says alot b/c his compliments don't come easy! My hope is that this location continues to succeed so they stay open - totally worth the drive! Hats off to your team at the West Pac - Hancock Rd location - they should be commended for a job well done with smiles on their faces!”
