“I took my 90 year old mother here today for labs! The two people working today - a girl and a guy would make this company proud! They could not have been nicer and super efficient and professional. Our phlebotomist was the girl and she was friendly and careful with my mother. My husband has gone here several times and speaks highly of them - which says alot b/c his compliments don't come easy! My hope is that this location continues to succeed so they stay open - totally worth the drive! Hats off to your team at the West Pac - Hancock Rd location - they should be commended for a job well done with smiles on their faces!”

We've become friends and believe it or not, I would say she's been just about the only one who is able to easily draw my blood, since I'm so difficult to get it done. She recently changed locations to the Temecula parkway location and I have to say, this location is so well run and extremely efficient. Even my husband has switched to this office and we're in and out of there in no time. I usually have my results emailed to me by the next day.”

“Short wait time. phlebotomist is very professional and also friendly. Her confidence is well warranted. She got a working vein on the first try and left only a small bruise. It usually takes multiple jabs by multiple personnel to get this result on me, and there is usually a large bruise. This will be my usual Quest lab the future.”
