“I had a technician named Keith. I told him that I have a very difficult time giving blood and he was so attentive. He was able to find a vein on his first attempt and talked to me the entire time to distract me. He made sure I had water and extra time to sit and do deep breathing until my dizziness went away. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had giving blood, thanks to Keith.”

“Labcorp will always be my choice amongst numerous facilities. I went in as a walk in. Checking in was easy, with the machine. The waiting room was simple and clean. The staff at the desk and phlebotomist (same person) was so sweet and caring. I am a hard draw and she was very skilled. I do not like needles and at 53, I still get anxiety. She was so thoughtful and asked fun questions to take my mind off of it. It was painless! I can sometimes come out looking like a Dalmatian. We talked and she laughed at all my jokes. I left feeling very appreciated as a human and happy. I am new to this area. I was hoping this facility was going to be as good as the Rancho Mirage one. They are and I am very pleasantly surprised. I failed to remember my girls name. I wish I had. She deserves all of the stars.”

“So thankful for the staff I met today. I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seen for a blood test. The sweet receptionist helped me so much paying out of pocket. Made it very affordable and Krissy the phlebotomist (I hope I remembered your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. She helped me get through it super easily. Best customer service ever.”

“I took my 90 year old mother here today for labs! The two people working today - a girl and a guy would make this company proud! They could not have been nicer and super efficient and professional. Our phlebotomist was the girl and she was friendly and careful with my mother. My husband has gone here several times and speaks highly of them - which says alot b/c his compliments don't come easy! My hope is that this location continues to succeed so they stay open - totally worth the drive! Hats off to your team at the West Pac - Hancock Rd location - they should be commended for a job well done with smiles on their faces!”

“My experience here was great, not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. My appointment was at 9:10. I walked in at 9:05, was self-checked in, seated, and waiting by 9:09. My name was called by 9:16, and i was outta there by 9:30ish. The lady that took my blood even gave me a bottle of water for proper hydration.”
“Not sure why all the bad reviews . I made an appointment and was seen right on time ( make an appointment people , otherwise you WILL have to wait ). I usually have had bad experiences with getting my blood drawn at other places due to having thin veins . My phlebotomist was so quick , kind and careful . The receptionist was quick and helpful as well despite having a lobby full of people . Thank you holly for making it as comfortable experience as possible :) .”
