The people working here are more interested in teaching the customer a lesson than they are with customer service. Rude.

When they did answer the phone. I received good customer service. Friendly and helpful.

I've had nothing but good experiences at the Fallbrook Post Office the last ten years. They are friendly and efficient. The USPS delivery drivers need a bit of improvement. They sometimes leave packages in the driveway or on the sidewalk; never bring them to the door.
