The office lady was extremely helpful and informative—she took the time to walk me through how to use the company’s website, especially showing me how to view the storage sizing visually so I could pick the right unit for my needs.
She was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. It’s not every day you walk into a place and feel genuinely cared for as a customer. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. Definitely 5 stars across the board!”
“The front office was beyond helpful and patient. We weren’t sure what we needed so she took us to several possible units then back again to be certain. The set up process was streamlined and easy. Security procedures make me feel confident that my belongings are safe as well. The units are clean and they take into account big and rodent treatments which prior storage facilities have never done. I am so glad our usual facility was full and we found Derrel’s.
The price for the space is reasonable but with the promotion it was very affordable!”

“What a wonderful experience! The property is kept extremely clean and I don't recall ever seeing any trash - ever! There are many security cameras on the premesis which leads to a very safe environment. Additionally, I don't know where they finding the staff, but Cathy and Kari are fabulous! They are very friendly, very professional, and very efficient! Great faces of the company!

“I've been with mid valley storage at the Santa fe location for over a year now. They've been fantastic to me. The storage I have is perfect size and best price in town for my budget. Being that my storage is inside a building that I'm able to drive into I don't worry about my things being covered in dust and spider webs. Lighting and doors are automated by sensors and so I never worry about being able to see in the dark. My property is secured with gate code access upon entry and exit unlike any other and they have top of the line security cameras. I am always greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. I appreciate the 10 day grace period as with these last couple months business was slow for me but they are awesome and I got my rent paid without a huge late fee. I am blessed to n have found this place when I did and its so convenient only a few blocks from my house. Really can't say enough I just love this place.”

“Great facility! We have been storing our new RV here. Since we just got it and are not comfortable backing it in between 2 other RVs, the owner offered to back it in and park it for us! Above and beyond for sure. The nicest couple! And price for storage is great and I feel safe leaving our RV here in storage. Facility is also very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend.”

“Before even renting my own storage unit, I had many people recommend this facility over the years. Now, I’ve been a customer for over 2yrs.& I’m happy with prices, security & access. Manager is nice, helpful & I like that he lives on property. (The cute dogs are a bonus!) The lot is always clean, front yard is nice & well-kept. Recommended!”
“Kevin the manager onsite went above and beyond for me today. I reserved a unit earlier this week. I moved all my furniture and as I was driving to Visalia I called to let him know we would be there after closing at 4 . We would arrive around 7. I said ok ill see you then to unload the stuff. He said stuff ?? Like your car? I said no stuft like furniture. He goes we only store boats cars helicopters etc. I go what are u serious I booked the wrong kind of storage. Omg omg . He then tells me that since I am on my way with all my stuff driving He would google storages in the area to see if he could find me one. He also told me since I was in a pinch he didn't mind if we stopped out stuff there for the night. He called back an hour later to tell me all the stoages he got a hold of were booked . Luckily I qss able to find a storage that better suits us lol but Kevin was amazing. Super nice and helpful”
“I would like to begin by saying that I have rented from U-Haul on multiple occasions, and most of the time my visits last between 20–40 minutes. I believe the delays I experience are primarily due to understaffing at my local location, and I want to acknowledge that the employees do the best they can with the resources they have.
In the past, I had a very positive relationship with the previous staff, and the rental process was always smooth. Since there has been a change in personnel, however, it has become more difficult to rent. I have noticed that I am now being charged cleaning or additional fees that I was told in person would not apply. I do not object to being charged when appropriate; I simply wish the information provided at the counter matched the final charges. As a regular customer, this has been disappointing.
I understand that this is a business, and I do plan to continue renting. However, these recurring fees have made me consider purchasing my own trailer, as the accumulated costs are becoming difficult to sustain for my small business.
That said, I sincerely appreciate the service your company provides. I am grateful that I have never experienced an accident while using your equipment, and I truly hope the staff are supported so they are not overworked or overstressed, as they clearly put in a great deal of effort.”
“I have lived all over the country and until recently was living out of state, never concerned about my property stored there for many years. I heard through other storage occupants that the current manager, Dennis will no longer be there to watch over my property, if this is correct I will remove my items as I cannot feel safe about the former drug addict whom is proposed to take over this site. Dennis has been a joy and trustworthy to deal with, and I will leave when he cannot watch over my personal belongings anymore.”
