The front desk workers are knowledgeable and always available to help with any questions or concerns.One of the best things about Body Imagine gym is the positive and supportive atmosphere. The members are friendly and encouraging, and it truly feels like a community.The equipment is well-maintained and always clean, however, some of the equipment is dated. Despite this, I have not found it to be an issue as the equipment is still functional and I am able to get a great workout.Overall, I highly recommend Body Imagine gym. The atmosphere, staff, and variety of machines make it a great choice for anyone looking to improve their fitness. The only downside being the equipment being a bit old, but it does not affect the overall workout experience.”

“For quite some time, I was looking for a place to exercise. I had enrolled in a few gyms in the past, but CrossFit was never really on my radar. Then I found Crosstown and decided to give it a try. I’ve been attending for about 8 weeks now and absolutely love it. Even though it takes commitment to make the 6:30 AM class, I genuinely look forward to going and feel even better once I finish the workout. Beyond the workouts themselves, the support from the coaches and the community has been incredible. The environment is welcoming, motivating, and positive. The best part is that I’m now taking the Saturday class with my son, and he loves it too. It has become a great bonding experience for both of us.”

“EA Fitness is a fantastic local gym. Super clean and has all the machines, weights and equipment needed for a great workout, plus a lot of extras. If you are looking for meat market vibes, loud music, gimicks, and trendy classes, this isn't your gym. If you want to get a great workout in a clean, non crowded atmosphere, this is the place. I never have to wait for machines or weights. It may cost a bit more than the local chain gyms, but the cleanliness and owner, Gus, are worth it.”

Because the field of fitness is so big from strength, conditioning and nutrition it can be hard to find someone who genuinely has knowledge in all those area and believe me that he really knows what he is doing and also how to get you in shape the right way. Unlike many personal trainers he develops a customized plan for each client based on goals, limitations, etc. I am a mom of two and needed help to loose my baby weight. Rob has been extremely supportive during this journey that I am know. He truly cares my well being and although he pushes me hard I'm enjoying my workouts and the results even more. He is always focused on you, your safety as well as your results. I can confidently say he's the only trainer I would go to or recommend to anyone who asked!
