“Excellent store! I had an issue with my phone charger not charging my phone. When I had it looked at by the cell phone store that I originally went to, I was told that I needed a new phone or to replace the charging port. The Folsom Batteries Plus took only a couple minutes to properly clean the charging port and get my phone working again without any repairs or replacement needed. Great customer service by Marcello!”

“Took my 08 Trailblazer here and the guy was nice, had me bring it in back for a lightly used battery to be put in. It took less than 30 minutes and was out the door at an amazing price. Not to mention he also replaced the bolts holding down the connectors free of charge. I was amazed and will take my business here whenever I need a battery.”

“Super awesome. I walked in with a bad battery, the owner was all like aah, so you need one of these? Rattled off the string of numbers... And tossed the needed new battery onto the counter, effortlessly. Stated the price, I handed him the cash and left happy.”

“Purchased a battery and windshield wipers on Sun. 8/9. Chris was the person who helped out and even installed the wipers. Very helpful and has a good sense of humor. It was nice to engage with a sales person like Chris in an auto parts store.”

“Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!”

“I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rocklin because I thought my battery might be failing and needed someone to test it. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Noe, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. He tested my battery, explained the results, and showed me that it had indeed failed. Rather than simply trying to sell me a replacement, he took the time to explain the different battery options and the differences between them so I could make an informed decision. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond by installing the new battery himself—even though it's located in one of the most difficult spots in my car. Throughout the entire process, he never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Car trouble always makes me anxious and having someone with Noe's calm, reassuring demeanor made all the difference. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Noe, for your professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. O'Reilly's is lucky to have you!”

Taeleen is my battery queen - and she does a remarkable job - Eleanor - laughs a lot and makes it easy to conduct business - she is remarkably competent and great at her job. “Excellent Customer Service! I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name, but he tested my battery on 7/20/2026. And yes it definitely needed replacing. Which he took time away from front counter to switch out and install the new battery I purchased! As we popped the hood up, he also immediately noticed another serious situation with my engine. A major leak with the power steering. Hose was leaking and belt was shot and fluid was being sprayed over the engine. Definitely noticeable! Thank you to this kind gentleman for guiding and directing me to where I could also have repairs done immediately. I truly believe if not for his quick response to the seriousness of the situation to my car and engine, I may not have made it back to my home with out a major breakdown of my car! Thank you again to this gentleman- an earth angel in true form and a 10 star staff to your store! I truly hope he will see this and remember the lady he helped with the blue Honda CRV on Monday, 7/20/2026 around the noon hour. With great appreciation, Ollie Dee Sharma”
