“Jill at the orangevale location was our savior today. We had 2 bad batteries and the closest Napa Auto parts was kind enough to charge them for us but found out they were bad. Unfortunately due to a minor glitch in their system the Carmichael store would not warranty them even with the receipt (that Jill found). So we ended up driving to the Orangevale location where Jill and Sam helped us get our batteries replaced under warranty.”
