“Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!”

“Excellent Customer Service!
I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name, but he tested my battery on 7/20/2026. And yes it definitely needed replacing. Which he took time away from front counter to switch out and install the new battery I purchased!
As we popped the hood up, he also immediately noticed another serious situation with my engine. A major leak with the power steering. Hose was leaking and belt was shot and fluid was being sprayed over the engine. Definitely noticeable!
Thank you to this kind gentleman for guiding and directing me to where I could also have repairs done immediately.
I truly believe if not for his quick response to the seriousness of the situation to my car and engine, I may not have made it back to my home with out a major breakdown of my car!
Thank you again to this gentleman- an earth angel in true form and a 10 star staff to your store!
I truly hope he will see this and remember the lady he helped with the blue Honda CRV on Monday, 7/20/2026 around the noon hour.
