“I visited the Flip Flop Shop as a last resort for a pair of Birkenstocks because the other stores in the Folsom Outlets that I visited didn't have my size. The staff member (I think she might have been the owner...) was super helpful and gave my family and I shoe recommendations. Not only did she have my size in Birks in the color that I wanted, but there were other really comfy shoes in my size. I have large feet, so it's always hard to find shoes. I ended up purchasing an additional pair that was on sale.
Don't let the name confuse you, though. When the cooler weather hits, they will have boots and other warm shoes in stock. I definitely recommend this shop!”
“Leaving a five star review for the whole experience. It was a clean and organized store, which made it easy to shop. I took in my 2 and 8 yr old. Staff were so kind to them. Overall, a staff member named Noah took the cake. He went above to try and find me a pair of Vans I had seen the night before in store. After not finding them the first search he kindly let me know. But then did another search and found them! So appreciated. My husband got his father's day Vans request and I had a good experience.”

“This retail store was disheveled at 6:30 pm. I’ve never seen a Nordstrom Rack had clothing thrown over the racks and on the floor. There were some really great deals throughout the store. We spent a good amount of time in the store shopping i in spite of the appearance of the store. We found a lot of deals in the purses area and shoes area. The ladies at the register were fast and kind.”

She went over and above to figure out what occurred on my account, why a shoe showed as still processing yet was delivered to my house and in very bad shape. She called their helpline and with minimal wait time had the issue resolved and my card refunded. I’ve usually had good experiences at this location, but this sealed the deal as my first stop for shoes forever. Also, Her associate was very helpful but when she ran into a roadblock, didn’t brush me off but got Amber involved quickly. Thank you 5 star DSW Folsom.”
