“Waited until the last hour to buy outfits for a bollywood event. I have zero knowledge on what's appropriate attire and how things would fit. After a horrible experience at another store I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. I was beyond impressed with the amount of help I was being offered. I brought my two kids and we scored some great outfits and accessories. I tried on a variety of outfits and couldn't make a decision so am coming back with my husband so we both can find coordinating outfits. She also found the perfect ensemble for my 1 year old. Excited to return. It was a lovely experience. The prices were reasonable and they have 2 locations. Highly recommend.”

“Levi's Outlet Store is almost in every outlet mall I have shopped before. Some are more prominent, some older. This one in Folsom Premium Outputs is one of the Levi's Outlet Stores I like. The size of this store is not the biggest. But the store is well organized, and the salespersons here are more attentive. It has the same items as all the Levi's Outlet Stores carried. But the store layout is better. I can find the jeans or jackets I am looking for much easier in this store. The prices are slightly lower than the retail and development stores. But it is the exact items you can get at the retail stores. I love shopping in this store. It is less crowded here compared to the other store.”

“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”

“So a couple days ago i went in here looking for a gift for a guy i basically knew nothing about. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. I also want to give a shout-out to jude who helped me as well giving different pointers and picking pieces from different aesthetics, i really really appreciated both of their help and because of them i will be returning over and over again. really great experience and both of them need a raise immediately. if any spots in management open up they are two candidates i definitely think you should consider!!!”

“This store always has a ton of sales. Their clearance racks are always awesome too. You can get shirts for under five bucks! Occasionally they have trouble stocking a variety of sizes. There have been times where there's only super small sizes or a bunch of large sizes. Quality of the shirt is not always the greatest but you do get your moneys worth.”

McGill the store manager was super helpful with me in regards to a recent quality issue with a T-shirt that I bought back in December and helped me to get my refund back. “H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.”

“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”

“yo this review is fo matthews mattresses. we was too scared of matthew, gorgis as he is, to post it there so we thought we would tell his neighbors and see if they wanna tell matthew. ANywas the mattresses were so comfortable!! I was able to jump between them throughout the entire store and then take a nap and nobody gave a $%@! Anyways after i made my selections, I got rang up at the cash register by an extremely handsome fellow named Matthew. I could hardly focus on taking the money out of my pocket cuz I was so focused on the chizled jawline of matthew and those sparkling blue eyes of his. after a couple minutes of staring at him I managed to fumble a couple dollars out of my pocket and give it to him. I was so nervous that I wasn't able to respond to his "have a nice day" oh that angelic voice! anyway mattress worked great. put it outside my homie's prison window and he landed with no bones broke. 10/10”

“Incredible service!!! We came here to pick out a wedding suit for my fiancé. Even though it was busy, Ben was extremely attentive and helped us all along the process, down to every detail. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent salesman without being pushy at all- the most professional and pleasant service experience we've ever had with suit shopping, hands down. He obviously has years of experience as a tailor and gave us great advice. They were able to ship to our home in NY for no extra charge, and the suit came out looking fantastic. So excited to get married and this took all the stress out of this part of the process.”
