“I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I’ve had a mailbox here for over a year now, and every single time I walk in, the team knows exactly who I am and which mailbox is mine. The service is consistently amazing and the staff are so genuinely friendly. Patricia especially is wonderful—today was my first time placing a print order, and she made the whole process so easy and walked me through everything with a smile. She truly goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a mailbox, shipping, or printing, this is the place. Five stars all the way!”

“I have been searching for an easy place for printing/coping/scanning services. Pak Mail exceeded my expectations! Dara Tan, the owner, made everything easy. Their notary was not available but I don’t mind coming back, so if you need a notary you might call first to make sure they are available. I could not be happier with my experience with Dara. Pak Mail is now my go to for office services and shipping if I have a need for it. There was a great selection of shipping supplies available. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends!”

“I ship A LOT for work to many foreign countries. By far they customer service, shipping times and assistance at this location has been far superior to every other option I've used (all the main ones). Can't recommend them enough, especially if shipping out of country.”

“Very helpful and excellent workmanship!I highly recommend the Folsom Sign Company. I called them with a last minute job & they went out of their way to help. Greg even came out on a weekend to install it when it should have been his day off. It's people and owners like this that I love to support. Thanks to Greg & his Father”

“So, I'm a teacher and when I needed a new pencil sharpener, in November, I stopped on in. I picked up the most industrial one I could find and added the warranty because... kids. Now it's May and my pencil sharpener died. I headed back into the store for a replacement. Blake and his team did everything in their power to make sure I did not leave without a replacement. They were very helpful and attentive. Thank you so much! A+ work going on there!”

“Staples took the time to correctly identify the required ink cartridges for my printer which was an older printer and the ink is not commonly in stock at retail stores. The store I went to first recommended that I go to Staples because the cartridges were not available in his store. So Staples was able to order the correct ones and it only took a day before they arrived for pickup. Thanks to Staples to make it easier on me to get what I needed quickly.”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx location recently. On Saturday 6/24 I came in once they opened to print three documents that I needed for my baby shower, also that same day. Although I should've came in earlier that week to get things done, but as a true procrastinator I waited until the last minute. Maria was by herself for about 30-35 minutes until another team member arrived. With a total of four customers and others who walked in after all of us, she was able to prioritize each person's needs and was able to effectively help each customer out. She helped me resize two files and print all three documents out. Without Maria's help, I wouldn't have been able to add these special details to my special day so thank you so much Maria! I will definitely return and hopefully be able to have Maria's help again.”
