“I have been coming back here, as the response to my previous view encouraged me to do. I haven't had another poor experience since. Staff has been friendly, and helpful.In particular, a recent experience made me remember I need to update my review. I handed in 2 same-sized boxes for shipment (labels already applied), and the person taking the parcels closely examined the labels (which I did not, even though I was the one who applied them!). Somehow, my husband managed to print two copies of the same label, and if not for this staff person's diligence, I'd have had made a huge mistake. So, moral of the story: Don't give up after one bad experience, you may never know the good things you'll be missing!”

“It's rare I give 5 stars to ANYTHING, but this shop will get my rare PERFECT rating. Treated like a human being: CHECK. Courteous service, eye contact, distancing? CHECK. For a guy like me used to barely disguised disparagement, microaggressions and macroaggressions, and even blatant defamation from those tasked with assisting me, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED on this recent visit. This has been an extraordinary experience. The young man INSISTED on taping up my torn up box. I have to admit, it was next-level and not what I was expecting. This is easily a 5-star location and I can't recommend it enough. Highest possible rating, other places will NEVER get this rating even if they paid me IN CASH to come over.”

“So, I'm a teacher and when I needed a new pencil sharpener, in November, I stopped on in. I picked up the most industrial one I could find and added the warranty because... kids. Now it's May and my pencil sharpener died. I headed back into the store for a replacement. Blake and his team did everything in their power to make sure I did not leave without a replacement. “I had a great experience at this FedEx location recently. On Saturday 6/24 I came in once they opened to print three documents that I needed for my baby shower, also that same day. Although I should've came in earlier that week to get things done, but as a true procrastinator I waited until the last minute. Maria was by herself for about 30-35 minutes until another team member arrived. With a total of four customers and others who walked in after all of us, she was able to prioritize each person's needs and was able to effectively help each customer out. She helped me resize two files and print all three documents out. Without Maria's help, I wouldn't have been able to add these special details to my special day so thank you so much Maria! I will definitely return and hopefully be able to have Maria's help again.”
