He was extremely patient with all my questions and guided me in choosing two great pairs of shoes — one for long work shifts on my feet and another for weightlifting. As a non-native English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient, polite, and understanding he was while communicating with me. Although the color I wanted wasn't in stock, Graeme helped me navigate the website and gave me direct links to the exact shoes so I could easily order them online later. I really appreciate his knowledge and genuine kindness!”

“Arrived in Roseville after lunch for a pre construction site visit early tomorrow. Wore and packed as if it was Escondido weather, with base layer and t shirts. Here in Roseville it's sunny and too warm for what I packed. Needed to find a cheap long sleeve shirt for work the next morning. Found this establishment directly across the freeway and was closing in less than an hour. Arrived and was assisted with my options by a gentleman who works here. Got an awesome shirt for a great price and was out the door quickly. Convenient location, outstanding customer service and great prices. I'll visit here again.”
“We needed wide shoes for the kiddos and we shopped here for my children who loved the shoes and how they felt on feet. We grabbed 4 pairs of shoes and went back the next day to snag another pair we saw. They have a good variety of wide sizes for children. We got a good deal on the shoes as well they had some special going on for 4th of July weekend. It’s to bad the deals aren’t always available because shoes can get expensive. We spent around $350 for 5 pairs of shoes if they didn’t have the deals I would have been over $500 so I’m definitely grateful.”

“From Illinois. My local J.Jill in Kildeer,IL is awful. Snooty sales people who ignore you if you do not know you. Everything I own with the exception of underwear and some shoes are J.Jill. The staff at Roseville are the opposite. Always welcoming and helpful. The store is very neat with everything in it's place. I am glad I am temporarily located out here so I can shop there. My store made me switch to shopping online exclusively.”

After ordering 4 pairs of shoes on black Friday, all in the wrong size, we drove over an hour to our nearest croc store to find they didn't have the same shoes for an exchange.
Monse, the manager, made things happen and was able to get us acceptable exchanges in the correct sizes. I'm so thankful!”

“Whenever I’m looking for something last minute to wear, I always start with the shoes. As a size 11 baddie, if I can’t find shoes, I can’t build a look. So when I visited the Roseville galleria, I went straight to Aldo. Arishma helped me that day and if it weren’t for her, I would’ve been lost! I told her the parameters of what I was looking for and she got to work! She was very patient and listened to exactly what I needed. She even brought out shoe styles that she’d thought I’d like, based on what I told her. I was having a hard time deciding and finding a style in my size. As I narrowed it down, Arishma called different locations to see if they had my size in the styles I liked. Eventually we came to a decision, and at the last minute, she handed me the bag to match the shoes! She was such a gem and I appreciate the help. And I will be back for those sling back heels I was drooling over!”
