“I have been living in this apartment complex for 5 years, and pretty much love living here. It is relaxing to have a night stroll through the apartment complex and meet caring and supportive people. My overall experience living here has been amazing.”

“I typically don’t leave reviews but considering I lived here for a full year, I feel like I should talk about my 100% honest experience here. Let’s start off with the positives, this apartment is on the “cheaper” side for a decent area. In California, you don’t usually run across apartments that are a decent price unless they’re in a horrible area but this area is just fine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not THE BEST area but it’s whatever, I stayed multiple nights alone in my apartment as an 22 year old woman and felt perfectly safe and sound. My apartment had no type of bugs or mold or anything which was great because I wasn’t sure how it would be, being this was my first ever apartment. Another plus is that the grocery store and a few places to go and eat were right down the street, probably a 3 min drive MAX. Now, time for the cons. Firstly, these apartment that I was in was VERY outdated. These apartments are very old and you can tell because the floor would creak when you’d walk around and I would even hear my neighbors downstairs which was odd because it’s normally the other way around. I know not all of them are outdated but they should really get on renovating all of these apartments because I do not think it’s fair to have people paying the same price for a better apartment (interior). Next, there’s no washer and dryer hookup or fridge or microwave, we bought our own fridge and microwave. At first I was whatever about it but throughout the year I realized how much of an inconvenience it is to not have a washer and dryer inside of your own apartment. They do have ones that you have to pay for but it’s an inconvenience for sure. I just feel like if you’re paying so much for an apartment, it should include these simple things. Lastly, none of the girls in the office seemed happy to be working there. They both always had some attitudes for no reason?? It’s actually just sad how rare it is to get decent customer service now a days especially in your own home. On top of that, they never answer the phone which is very irritating. I worked as a property manager and it’s very crucial to answer phones so I have no idea why they just would ignore phone calls. Lastly, these apartments had one event meanwhile we lived there and it was literally on the day we left ?. Vs our new apartment has had 4 in the TWO weeks we’ve been here which goes to show but I’m out of the state now so maybe it’s just a California thing. Anyways overall, it was a decent experience, my boyfriend and I made lots a memories and made the best out of the situation, our neighbors were cool but that just depends on where you get placed. I enjoyed my stay here at the maple hill apartments and it is a decent first apartment to have. I’m not sure why the reviews are so low tbh. I’d give it a solid 4/5. Oh and we got basically our entire down payment back which was great. I wasn’t expecting it tbh due to the reviews saying how they didn’t get there’s back but if you take good care of your apartment, you should get it back ?.”

“The Enclave has a great maintenance staff! I never have to wait long to get any things fixed in my place. Kevin C. has been here to fix a few things and he’s awesome and super quick. Couldn’t ask for better service! These guys really take care of us here!!”

“I've been enjoying my stay here since July of 2023. I appreciate the friendly environment provided by the Terra Vista staff and all of their employees. Caryn has been very helpful every time I need assistance with my rent deposits in the office, down to the helpful maintenance techs, like Nick that keep timely to my maintenance requests. “I've been a resident of the complex for 2 years and I've had an excellent experience thus far. The front office and maintenance is always kind and prompt with any problems I have. Especially with my recent problem with my refrigerator, I thought I was going to need to wait for a part but Carlos was able to figure out the problem and able to fix it on the spot even after his coworker thought I needed replacement parts the day before. Thank you so much again Carlos for being so knowledgeable, professional and kind.”

“My wife and I moved into our home at the same time that the Weldon Brown Company took over property management responsibilities for our HOA. We soon had a water pipe leak in our kitchen, which resulted in us having to go through HOA insurance. Even though Bud was new to our community and its rules and regulations, his experience and professionalism really calmed my anxiety about the situation. My constant calls and concerns were always greeted with kindness and understanding of my situation from every person I spoke to in the company. Bud responded to my emails promptly and was always easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend to give the Weldon Brown Company a try for any property management needs.”

“Had a pleasant visit to the office today. I will admit I did come in a little frustrated as my garage hadn't been closing properly and I felt the issue was not being resolved with any urgency. However I was able to speak with Edward and was able to get the issue resolved ASAP. He spoke professionally and was very helpful in my case. I left feeling heard and like the staff here really care.”

“Seriously, LOVE living here!!! The maintenance guys are so amazing! They always show up fast and fix ANYHING and EVERYTHING we need! Thanks to Jose and Steve for always showing up and getting maintenance done, quickly, respectfully and with care!!! The office staff is amazing, extremely helpful and Wendy, Cresthaven's manager is the BEST! We have lived here, going on 6 years, in this economy, we are so grateful to have been here and continue to be here until we are able to move forward.”

“I’m reviewing my home away from home. I formerly lived in Palm Springs. This was a new experience which has turned out to be a blessing. I love it here, and appreciate what it’s added to my life. They offer bingo, pool aerobics, management treats which are awesome., a beauty shop on site. The grounds are beautiful, excellent security, meticulously clean, great maintenance crew, convenient postal, business center, great management staff. I could rave more, but you’d say it was too much. Haha!”

“I’ve lived at Broadview Apartments for over two years now, and my overall experience has been positive. Management is helpful, friendly , and quick to address issues- whenever something needs fixing, it gets done almost immediately. The amenities are solid: pet friendly units, large patios in many apartments, and features like a pool, fitness center, spa, and even select units with fireplaces or Nest thermostats. The location is very convenient, especially if you work at or near Cal State San Bernardino. Rent is on the higher side of a one or two bedroom in San Bernardino but I feel like the value is fair given the upkeep at least in my building/unit and the amenities offered. One thing to keep an eye on and some reviews there are complaints about delayed maintenance certain units or inconsistencies between what’s promised and what actually gets delivered, it might help to ask the leasing office about recent renovations, How well things are maintained in your particular building and what additional fees there might be overall very good place to live, especially if responsiveness and community features are important to you”

“I lived here for 6 years I moved out in 2012 I regret it ever since, this complex apts were always so nice and clean looking the grass always looks so freshly cut the maintenance guys were always cleaning up and Oh I can’t forget to mention one of the girl in charge in the office was always so nice and helpful to me even though we had just met I felt as I’ve known her for years love this place wish I was back here again”

“Coming up to my year living at Cottonwood Ranch Apartments and I am HAPPY enough with the complex, management and location to take the time to post a review : ) Absolutely love the management! They remember your name, previous conversations, etc when you go in to pay your rent or pick up a new air filter and it's a really big complex. I love my neighbors, never hear them thru the walls or floors. Other residents seem to respect the assigned cover parking so never any issues there either. I haven't had any thing so far that needed to be fixed other than the original walk thru list that the rental person actually noted on her own almost everything cause my head was on the moving truck, lol! and the short list was completed. My unit is an upstairs unit with amazing vaulted ceilings and the CUTEST 'pie' window way up in the corner! The complex was built before everyone started building boring cookie cutter apartments. I love it here so far and am feeling blessed and happy that I found it and they had an opening for me! Thank you Cottonwood Ranch Apartments! <3”

“I've lived around the area in different complexes from student housing to windwood to sterling. Now that university crest (previously bouldercrest) got new management the apartments are sleeker than ever. No more gross carpet, up to date appliances and still a reasonable price. Not only do they look good the staff are always nice and more than helpful. I LITERALLY put in a maintenance request for my air conditioner and they came the same day ordered a new unit and I got it the very next day. Also you cannot beat the beauty of the coy pond waterfall. I'm so glad I chose this place.”
