“We definitely love this place, we recently moved in, and it’s been great, it’s a safe community family friendly, pet friendly great environment, and great amenities, the manager Alicia she is so kind and professional she always greeting us with a smile she has been very helpful with the application process, definitely an amazing experience. The townhouse are pretty cute and pretty well kept up nice and clean and also very important we have accessibility to shopping and major freeways which is great. We definitely recommend this place.”

“I've been a resident at Maple Hill Apartments for over a year now, and I recently renewed my lease for another year. Overall, my experience has been positive, with a few minor drawbacks.One of the highlights for me is the absence of roach problems mentioned here, although I understand this can vary depending on individual tenants. The fact that they offer free weekly pest control from Orkin is a nice bonus, even though I haven't needed to utilize it myself.On the downside, the lack of guest parking is definitely a downside, and the active towing of cars on weekends without passes can be frustrating. However, whenever I've had maintenance issues, the staff has been quick to respond and resolve them, which I appreciate.In terms of safety, I've felt relatively comfortable walking around the building at night, thanks to relatively quiet neighbors and a generally secure environment.One area for improvement would be the laundry service provider. The company they contract with is subpar when it comes to customer communication, and I hope they consider switching to a more reliable provider in the future.Overall, Maple Hill Apartments has been a decent place to call home, with its positives outweighing the negatives.”

“My wife and I moved into our home at the same time that the Weldon Brown Company took over property management responsibilities for our HOA. We soon had a water pipe leak in our kitchen, which resulted in us having to go through HOA insurance. Even though Bud was new to our community and its rules and regulations, his experience and professionalism really calmed my anxiety about the situation. My constant calls and concerns were always greeted with kindness and understanding of my situation from every person I spoke to in the company. Bud responded to my emails promptly and was always easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend to give the Weldon Brown Company a try for any property management needs.”

“I've been living at Vintage for a long time, over a decade, simply because I feel it's the best apartment complex in the area.The location is perfect: quick access to the airport, Metrolink, two major shopping centers, and tons of food options.The complex itself has always been a comfortable, quiet, great place to live, with excellent management, service, and maintenance staff that are always courteous, friendly, and quick to address resident concerns and needs.With newly renovated interiors, and a cool, southern California vibe, Vintage continues to be a wonderful place to call home!”

“The Enclave is an excellent place to live, It is both a safe and caring community. As with any property, The Enclave has issues that arise, but the management and maintenance teams are quick to address any issue. Although the area I feel needs to be focused on addressing is the parking, very rarely is parking enforced meaning parking is a free for all some nights. The property is also extremely quick for maintenance repairs. I've mentioned him before but One of the most talked about Maintenance Techs for good reason is Nate. Nate is extremely personable and always dedicated to doing the job right the first time. As usual Nate has gone above and beyond for our Family on another recent work order. We were saddened to hear that Nate will be transferring properties due to getting a promotion, but he truly deserves it! He is a huge asset not only to Lewis Apartment Homes but also to the property he is transferring to. Thank you again Nate for always going above and beyond to make sure that our home and community are in perfect condition, We truly appreciate all your hard work!”

“Seriously, LOVE living here!!! The maintenance guys are so amazing! They always show up fast and fix ANYHING and EVERYTHING we need! Thanks to Jose and Steve for always showing up and getting maintenance done, quickly, respectfully and with care!!! The office staff is amazing, extremely helpful and Wendy, Cresthaven's manager is the BEST! We have lived here, going on 6 years, in this economy, we are so grateful to have been here and continue to be here until we are able to move forward.”

“I’m reviewing my home away from home. I formerly lived in Palm Springs. This was a new experience which has turned out to be a blessing. I love it here, and appreciate what it’s added to my life. They offer bingo, pool aerobics, management treats which are awesome., a beauty shop on site. The grounds are beautiful, excellent security, meticulously clean, great maintenance crew, convenient postal, business center, great management staff. I could rave more, but you’d say it was too much. Haha!”

“We've been at Crown Point Apartments for almost four years and have enjoyed living here. One of the reasons why our experience has been amazing is due to the management always being professional and friendly. Andrew is a wonderful manager who always greets us with a smile. He keeps great communication with tenants through written updates and addresses maintenance request in a timely manner. Additionally, our apartment has great in-unit amenities such as a washer and dryer, a fireplace, large closets, full kitchen appliances, and large windows with an astounding view.”

“These apartments are pretty expensive for what little space you’re getting. Laundry is costly, also. Shopping center is really close though so that’s a plus and it’s quiet outside which I really enjoy. Overall I’d recommend BUT if you can, rent somewhere else where you’ll be getting a better bang for your buck :)”

“I love living here with my children.The playgrounds are awesome and there are 2 pools.Its a very safe and warm community. Plus we have monthly events for the whole community to come out and mingle.”

The office environment itself is so helpful too, with everyone being so supportive and collaborative. And I absolutely adore my apartment; it's such a comfortable and welcoming space that feels like home.”

“I absolutely adored these apartments. Me and my three kids lived at this complex for about 4 years and it was honestly my favorite. My kids would have huge sleepovers and everyone always had fun, they were always at the pool during the summer. I would recommend these forsure the managers weren’t bad they were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately it had to come to an end because I had to move closer to my city. Hopefully soon me and my children can come back because I definitely loved my stay here.”

“These men were kind and ready to fix the problem! They have always been on it when it comes to issues with the units. We ended up getting a new washer because the motor died out and the company know longer makes those type of motors anymore. These men are super friendly even around the complex and always willing to be a helping hand!”

“I really like the staff. I needed to move into the area 3 months ago and Sue helped me through the process. The area isn’t terrible. I think that the gate keeps unwanted visitors out. My only complain is the washers and dryers. They need to be updated. Other than that is has been pleasant to live here so far. I haven’t had any issues living here.”

“I am a student at CSUSB and have been at Broadview for 3 years. I will be finishing my last semester this month but decided to stay another year as I’ve been happy staying here so far. My apartment has a huge patio and the fact that I have a washer & dryer in my apartment makes everything easier. I have never had any issues getting things fixed. They usually come the same or next day. Office staff is friendly. All in all it has been a good experience and I plan on staying here until I buy my house within the next couple years.”

“I've lived around the area in different complexes from student housing to windwood to sterling. Now that university crest (previously bouldercrest) got new management the apartments are sleeker than ever. No more gross carpet, up to date appliances and still a reasonable price. Not only do they look good the staff are always nice and more than helpful. I LITERALLY put in a maintenance request for my air conditioner and they came the same day ordered a new unit and I got it the very next day. Also you cannot beat the beauty of the coy pond waterfall. I'm so glad I chose this place.”

“*****I want to update my previous review, I want to thank Betty from the leasing office, since the move in morning she called me and did everything possible to help us move in and fix everything.I feel I can breath again thanx to her . My only complaint is corporate leasing office just needs better communication with people so they don’t go through a rough experience. We are now in our new home and all thanx to Betty, we cannot thank her enough for her patience, kindness and willingness to help us. Thank you Betty !!!If I can give this complex a 0 I would . First there no leasing office or anyone to talk to all is emails and texts which they don’t respond to. We applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and they first make you pay deposit and say you are pre approved, make you sign a lease and so then after they can verify your information after they took your money . My “move in date “ is tomorrow and till this morning when asking for a secondary id from my husband they say they are going to cancel my application. After they emailed me yesterday saying everything is approved . Had to send verifications multiple times . I had already set up utilities and renters insurance so they can tell me no now . And they can’t even respond back appropriately this I feel in a hostile place right now I am stressed , emotionally affected by them for false advertisement and false hopes . They can even tell me fully I am denied or canceled . And to top it off they will refund my money via a check by mail in 2 to 4 weeks I paid them electronically not in a check . Now I don’t have a place to live thanx to verano . Stay away from them . I will be seeking legal help for this place it is not fair what they do to people .”

Kathy helped me through the whole moving in process she is really a nice person also all the other staffs in the office.. can’t forget about the maintenance crew they are always on point . It’s a nice quiet environment. I highly recommend anybody to move here.”
