“Sucks they didn’t have enough for bigger sizes on their pro club pink jackets my family an I tried 2 times to get a large even medium and both sold out in seconds and when asked when they will get more no response from them/ they were quick to respond back personally and made it work out! Great quick efficient customer support and that’s hard to find now a days with even big corporations! Thank you for all your help today! You’re all awesome!”

“Great Ross, I never saved that much for 8 items all clothings, socks, a pair of sandals and an action figure costed me only $80 what a steal, they did't have a lot of toys, but they had some very good prices on clothing, big brands I could use like North face and Michael Korr, also True Religion, I bought them all in one sitting, not enough men's fragrances brands except for CK and a bunch of so so ones. Another store in Fontana that saved me a trip from driving around. Must come back for more”
“My first time here , in the same shopping center as Ding Tea and The Regency Theater .This Ross is in the central Fontana right before the hwy 10 freeway. Like all the Ross stores there is always someone greeting at the door . I happen to pass by the dressing room looking to use their bathroom, a young lady working in the dressing room section were friendly. She greeted me as I pass by and asked if I needed some help. We chatted for a bit and she recommended some items to to look for to redo my pantry . She mentioned the reasons for the low stock of inventory they just had their clearance sale and will have more merchandise in for the new season . Redoing my pantry and am all about bargain hunting to achieve the look I want . Unfortunately at this location not much merchandise in the home / kitchen aisle , most of the shelves were empty.”

“Very nice store and everything is on order. More amazing is the staff is very. All the shoes are in the proper spot. The size 9 1/2 were in the size 91/2! . As where all the other shoe sizes. Very well kept store and clean. This is one of the best organized Ross stores I haven't been in and I travel all over the United States.”
“Very Clean and very Nice employees. I wasn't in line long and I found almost everything I was looking for. Now what they need, is to supply their stores more, because I had to go to another store to find pants, that's takes, money away from their stores. But all in all, I was able to comfortably shop and get some of the things I needed.I was greeted (as everyone is) with A Beautiful Welcome. So I will be returning to to this Burlington store and I will Tell A Friend. Thank You!”
