Here Is A Scarf I Bought At This Store In February 2025 With Photos From March 2025. Overall, I Would Recommend This Store Because It Otters A Great Selection And Wonderful Service”

“I went to this location yesterday with my friend, and I just had to say that I have never received such amazing customer service at a clothing store. All of the staff I spoke with were extremely nice and welcoming, but Hannah genuinely went above and beyond for my friend and I.
Hannah was attentive and helpful yet not overbearing in the way that many sales associates can be. She was honest with us as customers while we were trying on jeans, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us find what we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the products, proper care for the jeans, and common wear/tear and how to avoid it.
I probably ran her ragged with the amount of jeans I tried on, but she never complained and seemed invested in making sure I got the perfect fit. I ended up buying 4 pairs and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s rare that I find jeans that I like and that fit me well, so the selection that this store had, combined with the attentive staff was a god send.
Besides Hannah, my friend and I were also helped by another associate whose name I never caught. She had dark hair and a black floral tattoo on her arm. She was so friendly and talkative but had to go on her break so Hannah took over. It was refreshing to see staff work seamlessly together and make sure their customers are taken care of even during a shift change/break.
The staff were casual and friendly enough to have fun conversations with my friend and I, while remaining professional.
Overall, I had an amazing experience, love the jeans I bought, and hope that Hannah and the other staff members receive all of the kudos they deserve!!”

“I came shopping here for a dress for family photos. The employee was very kind and helped me pick out a dress that I was drawn to despite being out of my norm. I tried it on and LOVED it. I came back a month later to help my adult son pick out a charm bracelet for his fiancé and the employee remembered me and the dress. I showed her pictures from our family pics and she was so sweet. I have since been back to shop their great sale on Black Friday and to get a charm necklace for my teenage daughter. The store is clean, pretty, and smells wonderful. I like to browse through whenever I’m in DTR.”
“I didn't buy anything, but this was a really nice H&M. They had a really nice selection. Not the largest H&M that I've been to but it does the job. It seems like sample stores in this particular venue are on the smaller side.”

There was another woman with glasses that took the time to help me find a size in a graphic tee and was willing to find the size. She informed me other options as well if they didn’t have the size needed.

Good selection of sizes .A lot of it is grossly overpriced for polyester stuff . There is 2 part one man one woman which is great .there is dressing room in the back . Although it was busy, and everyone was waiting patiently to try on dresses, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I had questions about sizing options and online shopping. I was at his house within 5 min he said they would be ready that same day and within 30 min after I dropped off the items he called and said they were ready to get picked up. I was really impressed and very happy with his work. I totally recommend him.”

“I went in to shop around victoria gardens and was immediately helped by Jeremiah, at this location. He was very cordial and helpful with finding sizes and styles I was looking for. Although I did not decide to purchase what I found at the time, I will definitely be going back in hopes of some sales!”
