“Sophia is an amazing help! I went in to switch my family over from Verizon which was a huge monthly savings. Unfortunately the process wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped due to how recently I had upgraded phones with Verizon. But Sophia truly owned the problem and followed through on assisting with completing the process and getting the applicable rebates submitted. She really showed what customer service is all about. Thank you Sophia!”
