He actually fixes the problems he says he's going to fix. In one visit, about an hour long, he fixed my credits, changed my number, got all my lines activated, got me new accessories and screen protectors all installed and I didn't have to remind him of one thing as he went. He literally knocked them all out and remembered about the problems I went in for.
