“Way better experience! So grateful I got a very kind and gentle phlebotomist. I had to do my labs laying down. She continued to check on me and keep asking if I was okay as it was a lot of blood and I was fasting for quite awhile. But she was so sweet the entire time. I love the appointment process. You book online and right before your appointment time you click a link once you arrive. Walk right in and have a seat to be called. With my appointment is was about 15-20 min., wait which was completely fine and to be expected. You never know the situation they may be dealing with back there. But I was grateful for my visit and that I got a kind phlebotomy. Also, love the quest app where you can see your lab results.”

“Wife was having a severe allergic reaction and had gone to another urgent care and few days going to this one. Staff and Doctor was great. He indicated the other urgent care was correct in the treatment. However my wife wasn't responding to the steroids prescribed. He recommended we go to Pomona Valley to be seen. He then refunded our office visit. Very ethical and helpful team there....highly recommend this facility”
