Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”

I also want to give special recognition to Monica from Customer Service. She is extremely detail-oriented and helpful. We call almost every week to update our pickups, and she already remembers our company’s business hours and information. Sometimes before I even finish explaining who I am or where I’m calling from, she already has our account pulled up and the pickup updated.
Their dispatch team is also very efficient and easy to work with. Overall, we really enjoy working with Estes and highly recommend them!”

“Dropped off my cable box to be shipped back to the cable company. The UPS clerk was very helpful. He packaged everything up to be shipped back. The only negative thing about this store is that the parking is tight in front of the store. It was hard to get in and out due to only one enterance/exit to that part of the parking lot.”
“You can drop off UPS packages here. Just go to the check out, let them know you are dropping off a package, and they will take it and scan it. That's it! So easy and very convenient! As a reseller this is very good for when I'm around the area and don't want to drive all the way to a Ups store. You will also receive text alerts, which is great!”

I walked into the store about 10 minutes before closing needing help with printing and laminating several documents. Despite it being close to closing time, both Alyssa and Gloria were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience, and they took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly.
I visit this FedEx location often, but their hospitality truly stood out. They made me feel welcome and provided exceptional customer service that reflects very positively on FedEx.

“The UPS Access Point inside the CVS at 16049 Baseline Ave is very convenient and reliable. Staff are usually friendly and helpful when picking up or dropping off packages, and the process is quick compared to waiting at a main UPS store. Being located inside a CVS makes it easy to handle errands at the same time, like grabbing essentials or prescriptions. The store is well organized and open late, which adds to the convenience. Parking can get busy at peak times, but overall this is a solid and dependable access point that saves time.”

“Been working here as a temporary employee for about a week and a half and I must say that everyone here gets down to business! I absolutely love the team environment and how fast-paced it is. It is often that this business takes on temporary employees through certain apps and staffing agencies. There's always an opportunity to work here but you have to be willing to work and do it right. I've had no problems with any of the stuff nor the supervisors. I would say this place is very fair in the way that it treats its employees, temporary or not and they are very upfront and informative. If you are a new, I suggest asking questions of the supervisors as much as you can so that you can learn quickly. Once you're on your own it's pretty fast-paced and it can be a little bit tedious. But it's definitely worth the work to be there. I feel very safe there as well on a side note.”
“Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”
