“UPS has a reputation for doing a fast and great job delivering packages without damage or lost items. I’ve never had an issue using UPS and I’ve shipped via UPS hundreds of times during my lifetime and it always gets there on time.”
“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

My hazmat appt was scheduled for tuesday but I was in the area and stopped to see if could do it a day earlier, they were more then accommodating. There were two people in front of me but they still worked me in and by time my turn came was quick.”

“I stopped here two days before Christmas to deliver a FedEx package overnight and it was a very good experience. The young woman working at the counter was helpful and efficient. They had everything I needed and even let me use some tape for my box. There are a lot of negative reviews by cheapskates that don't want to pay one dollar for the convenience of dropping off a package here as opposed to waiting in line at the US post office. I thought the inside of this business was very clean very pleasant and I liked all the pictures of California memorabilia on the wall.”
“I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was under a lot of stress and had to get a printed copy of a report ASAP to give to the local CHP. I also had a crying six month old daughter in my arms. Rose and Anna were extremely helpful and very friendly. They helped me feel at ease and welcome and even distracted my baby as I tried to send my email attachment to the printer. Even after attempting several times it didn’t work. Rose was kind enough to print it out from the stores email address. Thank you so much for the support and help!”
“You have to have a printed label to do a drop off at this UPS. If it is in the original packaging and you have a QR Code for return that's not acceptable. I suggest calling the Michael's store before you drop off a UPS package for Amazon return here.”

“We have NEVER lost a single item using Atlas shipping to the Philippines. We shipped professional musical gear to Lucrecia Kasilag High School in Quezon City from Philippine Children's Charity. Every single item arrived without major damage. See attached photos. The staff are friendly and courteous. They are way more affordable than UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service. I prefer them over LBC. We also have shipped books and computers to about 10 schools in Zamboanga del Norte and all shipments arrived without any problem.”
“The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.”

I originally had gone to the upland post office to mail my save the dates but when I inquired about something specific they said they “didn’t have that service” which I know for a fact was not true.
