“Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”

“Since it’s tucked away in a gift shop, it’s great for locals to do a quick package/mail drop off or pick up. I’ve only had to wait once since coming here for a year, and it was just a line of 3-4 people just because someone had a complicated package.
So I find this location to be much faster than some of those bigger locations. Also the staff is extremely friendly knowing the customers are all probably locals. Also the location being next to Ralph’s makes running mail errands convenient.”
“Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”

There’s customers that walk in and feel entitled to quick service but if they only wait five minutes they will get to you. The world does not evolve around you. “Mostly excellent, but someone at the counter gave my package to someone else using only the delivery notice. Because of this, they're now asking for I'd before handing over the goods. The vendor sent a replacement at no charge.”
“They are usually very helpful when I go in and I am attended very very quickly they are very nice to me an recognize me and always compliment me when I go in and say that I smell nice and notice when I change small details about my appearance they always offer polite compliments to me and I have always received prompt service here every time I have gone and they have given me tips regarding ways to ship and in some cases they have helped me with strategies to tape my packages ? so the innards of the boxes that I am shipping do not fall out which I appreciate them greatly for it.”

“Our mail carrier goes above and beyond. Carolina doesn't just deliver the mail she has provided great customer service by understanding our needs. We will usually close early on Fridays and she makes every effort to deliver before we close. Their job is not easy work, dealing with the elements, people with dogs, traffic, you name it.
So are lucky to have her assigned to our office.”
