Very bad experience at this location, the Hispanic male employee with glasses is very rude, he speaks very loudly as to offer excuses rather than explanations, it's obvious that he doesn't like his job but he takes out his frustrations on the public. He should not be working the customer service counter

Please do yourself a favor and drive out further than coming into this embarrassing establishment. They are all rude, incompetent, and have no clue how to deal with customers. The man scheduled on 6/23 working the front around 2 pm is incredibly rude and has poor customer service. Went in for a quick drop off but instead got spoken to like I was the dumbest person.
