“Okay, I don't normally go around reviewing banks. I mean, they're like Starbucks--not much to expect, but they're everywhere and they get the job done. When I was visiting my friend in Irvine, I needed to drop by a local BOA. I searched one up on Yelp and found this branch. I was surprised by all the bad reviews with this one and all its nearby branches in Irvine. After my experience and seeing all these bad reviews, thought I'd share mine: 1) I was immediately greeted by a lady sitting right at the entrance. She asked what I needed and referred me to someone who promptly greeted me and seated me in his office within minutes. 2) The place was clean, bright and had nice decor. I wouldn't mind just sitting and lounging in there. 3) After going through my records and checking banks, the man referred me to another person to save me money on my money transfer. 4) Connie was a beautiful and kind elderly lady who helped me out on multiple transactions. She was great! Not sure why people hated on this place, but my 9AM experience on a Saturday was great. Maybe it's the day and timing? I would go here again.”
