“Okay, I don't normally go around reviewing banks. I mean, they're like Starbucks--not much to expect, but they're everywhere and they get the job done. When I was visiting my friend in Irvine, I needed to drop by a local BOA. I searched one up on Yelp and found this branch. I was surprised by all the bad reviews with this one and all its nearby branches in Irvine. After my experience and seeing all these bad reviews, thought I'd share mine: 1) I was immediately greeted by a lady sitting right at the entrance. She asked what I needed and referred me to someone who promptly greeted me and seated me in his office within minutes. 2) The place was clean, bright and had nice decor. I wouldn't mind just sitting and lounging in there. 3) After going through my records and checking banks, the man referred me to another person to save me money on my money transfer. 4) Connie was a beautiful and kind elderly lady who helped me out on multiple transactions. She was great! Not sure why people hated on this place, but my 9AM experience on a Saturday was great. Maybe it's the day and timing? I would go here again.”

“US Bank has always been my favorite bank because they always have some branch in your town that opens on Sunday! I went to this branch in Northwood shopping center to wire some fund the other day. The manager Scott Robertson was just about to step out, but as soon as he heard about my need, he went back and turned on his computer and helped me the whole way, even though I said repeatedly that I could go to another branch that's not too far away. His dedication to help any customer is highly appreciated!”

“Not quite sure why this branch has such a low review because my recent experience here was smooth and pleasant! Came into this branch to open a new account on a Saturday and waited 5-10 mins max for the personal banker to finish with a client before me. We were greeted by Genie Sui and she was very knowledgeable and walked through several options with us. We were able to open up an account and take advantage of the outstanding promotion, all within 20 mins. I appreciate how Genie made the process easy and didn't upsell/pressure at all. By the way, they have free red envelopes to give away at the teller window for the upcoming lunar new year! Thank you for the awesome experience, highly recommend this branch to everyone!”

“This is a great car wash for sure. If your car is new you want to use this place since it's touchless and doesn't use any brushes to clean your car. If you ever got your rims or paint touched up, I'd keep in mind since the pressure washers are on the strong side they might rip any lighter touch up coats. Really love how it got every bird p*** spot on my windshield with no issue!”
