“I had the pleasure of working with Ghizala at the Public Storage Hughes location in Irvine, near Lake Forest, and I cannot recommend her enough. I had been searching for a storage unit in the Irvine/Lake Forest/Laguna area and spoke with her directly. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.
What stood out to me was her thoughtful follow-up—she checked in about a week later, but in a very courteous, non-pushy way, just to see if I was still interested. That level of care and customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Not only was her communication excellent, but the prices she offered were also the most reasonable I found after doing quite a bit of research around the area. The facility itself is top-notch: large, clean, safe, and very well-maintained. Ghizala took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which made everything stress-free for me.
If you’re looking for a storage unit in Irvine or Lake Forest, I highly recommend visiting Ghizala at the Hughes location. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Thank you, Ghizala, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!”

“Good morning my name is Michael LORENO I’ve been at extra space storage for at least two years and I have never had any problems there. The management are very professional everyone that works there is very friendly and I was having some financial problems and I know that corporate was raising the rent and I just couldn’t afford it so I started looking for other Storage units in the area but they just weren’t as friendly and professional as extra storage in the manager didn’t want me to leave so he help me to get a little better of a deal and I decided I was going to stay because I am happy there Giovanni is the manager and the girls at work they’re really nice to very professional so I have a good rest of the week and I’ll be there for a while. I like the storage unit it’s always cleaning and they keep up on it. Thank you goodbye”
