“Genuinely cool people that run this place and they always work with you when needed and could not ask for a cleaner and nicer and newer place to store my box trailer. My trailer is almost 30 feet and the space is big enough that are covered and uncovered and it’s nice having on-site staff that can help anytime you need it. I’ve had my trailer here for eight years and I continue to be here much longer because I like everything about this place”
“Been renting a unit for 5years now and the facilities have always been very clean and secure storage units. Gilbert, Tulsi and the whole staff are always very polite and helpful.”
“Very clean and safe. First time to check in and Guy was filling in. Guy was extremely professional in showing us to our unit and explaining the details to us. Happy to trust our belongings here.”
“I had the absolute BEST experience with Tom at the Lake Forest store (on Canada Road). I had two units and was paying a lot of money for each. When I told him about it, he figured out a way for me to not only get a less expensive unit, but a bigger one as well!! He was extremely customer service oriented … listened to me concerns and addressed every single one. If you are deciding between storage companies, choose the Lake Forest CubeSmart and hit Tom up. He’ll help you with whatever you need!!!”
“Had a great experience here overall. Was able to easily rent and use a unit here. The staff are all really friendly. The facility is well kept and easy to access”
“We had an excellent experience with Safeway Moving. The entire process felt seamless from start to finish. The team was incredibly kind, professional and efficient throughout the move, which made a stressful process feel so much easier. Everything was packed away carefully and we really appreciated the attention to detail and care they took with our belongings. One thing that especially stood out was that they even dropped off boxes ahead of the move so we could start organizing and packing in advance, which was such a huge help. The movers worked quickly while still being extremely careful, and everyone on the team was friendly and easy to work with. We’re very grateful for how smooth they made the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.”
“Moved in from another facility and couldn’t be happier. Process was smooth, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unit and the entire facility is clean and easy to access. Elevator is large, and smells good. Carts are available to help move things. The location is discreet and secure. Appreciate that it is family owned and that the prices are fair without frequently being raised. Highly recommended.”
“Greatest self storage business I've ever come across. Barbara and Ron do an amazing job keeping the place clean and well run. Highly recommend using this location”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently visited this storage facility on behalf of Garage Doors Hero and Gate, where we specialize in the maintenance and repair of gates and roll-up doors specifically for storage businesses. From the moment I pulled in, I could tell this was a well-run operation. The grounds were clean, the layout was organized, and everything looked secure and in good working order—which is always a good sign when you’re in the business of helping keep things that way.
The team on-site was professional, approachable, and easy to speak with. They were receptive to learning more about what we offer and took the time to talk about the needs and challenges that come with maintaining high-traffic storage properties. It’s always refreshing to connect with people who are not only proud of their facility but also interested in keeping it operating safely and efficiently for their tenants.
At Garage Doors Hero and Gate, we understand the importance of reliable access and security for storage businesses, and it was great to meet a team that values the same things. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with them in the future and provide the kind of dependable service their facility deserves. If you're looking for a storage facility that takes pride in its property and customer care, this one definitely stands out.”

“I thought the customer service here was great. I required several accommodations with my initial order, and extended it from initial one day rental to a 7 days total, on the truck rental. Every person I talked to, was courteous, considerate and made every effort to accommodate my needs, every time I extended my rental. The rates were fair and reasonable, and I brought the truck back clean, with the tank full, and there were no surprise charges. I'm totally satisfied with my experience. Thank You.”
