“Customer service here is the absolute best. I have a Fiat 500e. On a Sunday morning, I got a warning light about my 12-volt battery and the brakes. I say a recommendation on Facebook. I called them to set up an appointment for Monday. I was very surprised to find out they are open on Sundays. Dale said if I bring my car in before noon they can help me. Grant took care of me. My car was ready by 4pm. I picked it up the next morning. Everyone that help me were all so nice. Reasonably priced. I got text messages with updates and even a link to view their shop camera so I could see my car. I will definitely be bringing my Camry here when it needs service”

“Today was one of those days that just wouldn’t end. After spending hours at the hospital with a friend, I came out around 6-7PM find my tire losing air, and the warning light was on. Feeling stressed and out of options. I decided to call Firestone, thinking I’d just leave a voicemail for the next morning…to my surprise, Ivan actually answered. He was so kind and understanding when I explained my situation over the phone, and he immediately offered to help. I rushed over, arriving just before 8PM, and found out they were still there because of a tire sale. Ivan had my car taken straight to the shop and personally made sure it was serviced. In less than 40 minutes, he and his team had replaced two of my tires and made sure everything was safe for me to drive. Because of their efficiency and care, I was able to make it home safely in my own car. I didn’t think it would’ve been possible that night. I’ve only been serviced once before by Ivan, but both experiences have shown me how dedicated and dependable he and his team, Marco and Austin who helped tonight, are. Their teamwork and genuine concern for us go above and beyond. Firestone is incredibly fortunate to have a team like tonight.”

“I had a nail puncture in my tire and brought it to the Pep Boys in RSM, CA. They repaired it quickly and explained everything clearly. The service was smooth and professional from start to finish.
I want to especially mention Tila at the front desk. Every time I’ve worked with him, he has been super polite, patient, and friendly. There is also another team member I’ve worked with before whose name I forgot, but he has been just as courteous and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about customers here.
They originally quoted me $26 for the repair, but when I came to pick up the tire, they didn’t charge me at all. That level of honesty and kindness goes a long way.
This isn’t my first time coming here, and every visit has been a positive experience. They are punctual, helpful, and trustworthy. I will definitely be returning here when it’s time to replace my tires. Highly recommend this Pep Boys location in RSM.”
