“Had a screw on the rear left tire. Drove straight to Big Brand Tire in Santa Rosa, Wade received us and acknowledged us within 30 seconds. Understood the issue. Made us popcorn, allowed us to enjoy the guest area (with even a couch), fixed it within 35 minutes, reset the TPMS, and when I got the receipt, it was 0 dollars. Maria was great also. Definitely will come back, when I need new tires. Phenomenal service.”

“I brought my 1961 Galaxie in for a general inspection and tune up. I was presented with a well written quote breaking down all the parts and areas that could use some attention. This car had been sitting for years and needs a bunch of things. Parker was able to prioritize what I needed and break it up into more manageable chunks. He found many small items that I had not even noticed on his inspection. A week later my car had the new Wilwood Disc brakes installed, some leaks fixed and my carb tuned so it ran better than ever. I'll be bringing her back for more work in the future to get her all dialed in. I appreciated Parker's experience and expertise and his ability and willingness to talk me through everything. I know my car is in good hands.”

“I can not praise this business highly enough! Rakan squeezed me in on a Saturday and was able to acquire the part i needed after the one I provided was too small. He did it all the same day, and did it for a fair and reasonable price. He kept in contact with me and was honest and scheduled me for the next week to go over the other issues my vehicle was having. When I brought my partners vehicle in this weekend, he not only got it done in less than half the time we thought, he managed to create new parts from other vehicles so he didn't have to make us wait! “I brought my 2017 Ram EcoDiesel to Wayne and Sons after calling several mechanics. From the first interaction, I had a good feeling about them. I spoke to a few people at the shop about what I thought was wrong with the truck, and I was fully prepared to spend around $1,500 to fix it.
To my surprise, they called me back with a diagnosis and the cost was only a fraction of what I expected. They knew exactly what the issue was and didn’t try to upsell or exaggerate the problem—they were completely honest.
Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the woman working in the office (I wish I remembered her name—I always remember faces, not names!) was incredibly kind and welcoming. The little things, like Gatorade ICEEs in the waiting area, showed they care about their customers' comfort too.
As a single mom who recently went through a major financial hardship, their honesty and integrity meant the world to me. I was prepared to pay so much more, and they could have easily taken advantage of that—but they didn’t. That speaks volumes.
I’ve already scheduled my next oil change with them and will be sending all my friends and family their way. Thank you, Wayne and Sons—you’ve earned a customer for life!”

“By far the best body shop in Sonoma county. I took my 2024 Ram here after getting some damage to the front end of my truck. I took my truck in and after dealing with insurance they started the work. There were a few hiccups on the first pick up. But Randy assured me they would make things right once I bring the truck back for the rest of the insurance work. After the second pick up my truck looks amazing. Better than the day I bought it. No witness marks or anything and the paint looks incredible. They’ve earned themselves a life time customer! If you need your car repaired look no where else. I’ve dealt with several body shops in Sonoma county. Randy and his team is hands down the best and most honest shop to deal with.”
