“What a lovely little spot with all the essentials. We were in town from San Francisco and had a harness fiasco that needed fixing - and Barkers fixed us right up. The gentleman that helped us was kind, authentic, and helpful - gently measuring the numerous rolls of our pug to get the few "neck" measurements that would help find the right harness for him. To fully accommodate the crowd (aka mr jealousy the pittie) he gave them both some treats on our way out, showed them some love, and left us with a smile on our faces (even though it seemed like he had a hard morning!) Small businesses have a way of making you feel something that you don't get from many chains or certainly online purchases, and this was one of them. Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I love this little local pet store. The staff is so ice! They make each visit so special for my little guy. They give him treat after treat, the have many hugs and pets for him and they are just overall so friendly and helpful. I sleep like that they do VIP hours. I take my cat there for her yearly rabies shot. You have to get there early because the line does tend to get super long real quick. Prices are what you would find at petco or most other pet stores and the variety on items is quite huge.”

“They have made staff changes over the years, for the better. Some of the younger folks had limited customer service skills. Now the staff is better. The store itself, it always fun. They provide seasonal items that are unique and good for gift giving. My primary reason for visiting this store is the wide selection of dog chews and treats at reasonable prices.”

“My dog was having stomach issues and made a mess all over the car. The two women working at the time were very friendly and helpful. I was able to bathe my dog and get cleaning supplies for the car. I was having an extremely stressful day and losing my mind, haha, and I couldn't have had a better experience coming here. If I lived in the area this would be my pet store, no question.”

“Staff were kind and handled new pups well. Both of our pups needed nail clippings, we decided to do a spa morning for them including a bath for both. I was hesitant about leaving my 7-month old pups with them. I was told they did great and both pups look and smell great. Thank you!”

To my initial surprise the staff there knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond what was required of them.
