“My dog and I love Dog and Hydrant! When I first moved to Windsor I came across the boutique and their stock of marrow bones, which my dog absolutely loves! We became regulars for the marrow bones, and other essential needs such as toys and puppy pads. In the boutique, they carry a variety of items for dog needs such as food, toys, shampoos, cleaning products, tags, clothing, and treats. All items are great quality!
Today, my dog got his first haircut here and he looked absolutely adorable after. I received a full report about his experience when I picked him up, as well as recommendations for future visits. I am very happy with his haircut.
I am always greeted with warmth and kindness here, and I trust their expertise for my dog's grooming needs.”
“The best people. The front staff know their products and provide great guidance on all things animal related. They’ll load heavier items into your vehicle. Been going here for 10+ years and will continue to do so.”

“Ideal hardware in Forestville is a great little store and a great alternative to the big box stores in Santa Rosa I just went by to get some keys made today and the service is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of just about anything you could possibly think of toys for kids, hammers, tools, plumbing fixtures you can get keys greeting cards. They’ve got it all. It also has really nice handicap access and handicap parking out on the street, so it’s easy to access if you want to support your local stores this is a great hardware store to go to. I go here all the time.”
“I have been shopping here for many years. The most friendly, helpful, and respectful staff! Great about keeping things in stock and being knowledgeable on all their products. Some things are a little more pricey than other pet stores, but well worth it for the experience. And they do have a rewards program. Plus you are supporting small local business. Highly recommend!”
“Lindsey is a professional with an expertise in training pitbull mixes. We are so lucky to have her train our dog Brody. We completed beginner and advanced training with her at Unleashed by Petco on Yulupa. We were so impressed at her ability to get him to focus and we appreciate her thoroughness teaching us each of the drills, always making sure we had an understanding and offered to answer any questions. We cannot recommend her enough for any dog owner that wants to see results from their pet! Thank you Lindsey!”
“Fideaux is our go-to pet store in Healdsburg — my frenchie Ernestine and I are regulars, and owner Erin has built something truly special here. It's the kind of shop where the products are thoughtfully chosen, the space is beautiful, and the people behind the counter actually care.
Every time we stop in for Ernestine's supplies or to browse the pet gifts, Erin and her staff make us feel completely at home — walking us through new treats and recommendations with real enthusiasm. We never feel like customers here. We feel like family.”
“Have been shopping here for my cats for over 39 years. First, this is not a membership club. That is just the business name. 2 privately owned stores, one in Santa Rosa one in Corte Madera. They have a huge selection of food, toys etc for small pets (cats, dogs, etc), fish and birds. Food prices for high end products are the same as Chewy, Amazon or the large pet product chains and prices on most canned foods are less. The brand I buy is 20cents less than anywhere else. And parking is great at both locations. Highly recommend”

“This old fashioned feed store has everything you need, including the charming assistance of John Wright, who knows all about barnyards going way back.Love this store!”
“Convienent and quick. I love that I can take my little dog on a short walk to get him his shots. The crew is always friendly and professional and gentle with my pet.”
“This petco has changed a lot over the past couple years and it's for the better.
Part of the joy of visiting petco is seeing the animals, and the addition of grooming with tall glass windows makes the place feel more alive and not as uncritically retail centric as it once was. That said I wish they added more space for the dog training area.
Dog training here is awesome and there seems to be a big demand for it aka. a better use of space in service of vibrance that hires more people and helps the business as a whole.”
“Came in at closing time. Walking in, I found it to be an inferior competitor to Pet Food Express. However, a young lady was informatively helpful for my question regarding my puppy’s naughty chewing habits. The Roam large ostrich bone wound up to be a Christmas Miracle. Later I tried the Roam boar bone but I seriously would NOT recommend that because my puppy destroyed it to pebbles, but the ostrich bone is great while it still interests her.”
“Online review. I can see products but just keep getting messages that they can't be added to cart. One of the most difficult websites to try to buy things from. Wilco is a little closer so I sometimes go there because the website is not allowing items to be added to the cart. I have an account and used to be able to order online and have delivered. Please fix this. I have tried to order several times in the past few weeks.”
