“Was easy to get an appointment online, got in line about 1 minute before my appointment time (yeah, I was late if I went by my timeframe) watched the cs tech speedwalk through the service bay to meet the customers in line, and help complete their purchase inspection a timely matter!
Everything went very well, but when the cs advisor suggested my tires were fine, I felt they didnt understand that tires can look okay, but a small flat spot from sitting too long can cause problems..
Lastly, really thankful for the tech that let me know im missing lug nuts, love you bro”
