“I recently had PPF, window tint and tail light tint installed here. I went back and forth a couple times about what I wanted to do, and AJ was helpful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable all the way through. The results are basically perfect. The tail lights look like they were an OEM option, except Porsche has no option this badass. The SolarGard ceramic tint, which I had no experience with and was unsure of, also looks OEM on the car. And as expected the PPF install was excellent. I would come here from anywhere on the west coast for work like this.”
“My car was hit by another and I needed an estimate for body work. I sought out a Porsche certified shop and reached out to European Collision Center. I was helped by Ken and he got my car reviewed and shared the estimate with AAA. The repair estimate ended up being high enough total my car. The correspondence was timely and I was always able to contact Ken via cell, so that's all I really needed at the time. Can't speak to the workmanship of the shop, but it was easy enough of a process for me”

“Will 100% always recommend this place to all family and friends. Venny is super nice and accommodating. I went in to get a quote after a homeless person scratched and dented my brand new car & I trying to figure out whether I should pay out of pocket or go through insurance to avoid my insurance going up. Venny kept reassuring me that the damage was clearly vandalism & recommending that I go through insurance but still willing to do it at a good price if I decided to do it out of pocket. He told me once I decided I can drop my car off at any time. I finally decided to make a claim through my insurance and I went to drop off my car on Friday right before closing. I told Venny I had work on Wednesday early morning and would appreciate if I had my car back on Tuesday night but I was also flexible and could find accommodations if it wasn’t. On Tuesday at 4p he calls me to tell me my car is ready! I go pick up my car and it looks amazing! You’d never know it was damaged and they ended up shining my tires as well which I did not expect at all. 10/10 service! If I ever need auto body services again I will be back!”

“Excellent full PPF and ceramic coating on a brand new Model X by Jose and his team. Even though the X is a large car with some complicated curves, I could not spot any mid panel seams and the edges were generally tucked in. I forgot to turn off my Tesla notification app and was hounded with constant reminders of doors/trunk/etc. being left open for five straight days - showing just how much labor this took. Looking at local pricing, JB Mobile seemed to be priced below many places but still provided the high end level of work. Jose was also patient in talking through options and responsive over texts.”

“I recently had to take my car to Downtown Auto due to someone swiping my front bumper in a parking lot and me not noticing until a few days later. I called Jaime to see when I could bring my car in to get her fixed up again. I brought my car to Jaime since he had already done a phenomenal job on my daughter's car a few months prior when she got into an accident. Suffice to say he did not disappoint. He worked with my schedule and was able to get me my car back in a timely manner. Not only did he work with my schedule, but the color match was completely on point. It looks amazing, you absolutely cannot tell anything happened to the bumper. “I took my low mileage 1997 Honda Accord to them to be repainted. The car is super clean, but the clear coat was failing. They did an outstanding job repainting the entire vehicle. Older cars are difficult to properly prep for a full paint job because all the plastic and rubber that needs to be removed to do a high quality job is old and brittle. They did a fantastic job at a great price and the car looks "new" again. They did a great job protecting the rest of the car as well, and it was returned clean and without overspray.”
“Just had my tints put on my Cadillac CT6 and my C7 Corvette by these guys and I couldn’t be happier. They came to my house and knocked them out and left them looking like new vehicles. Their customer service is excellent and prices are beyond reasonable. Ruben the owner was recommended to us by a friend and we had to call her to thank her for connecting us with Ruben. “I've known Dean for 35 years and he has always been right there to service any and all body shop needs I have had. When my parents were alive they used to get Dean's help with our family vehicles. “If I could give Tiago’s 10 stars I would. I recently moved back to CA from out of state and got into a car accident. I was quoted $6,000+ to fix front damages to my car at 5+ auto body shops. Tiago’s did it for under $2,500 and my car looks better now than before I got into the accident. They had the best customer service and communication and fixed my car in a timely manor for the damage that needed repairing. My car desperately needed a car wash after driving from out of state and when I picked it up and the entire car was cleaned down to the tires looking shiny and brand new. “After someone got sick in my car, I needed the entire front passenger section detailed. After I got it back, it still had a bit of a smell to it so I brought it back and the team was very willing to redo that section to make sure there was wasn’t a smell anymore! I really appreciated their willingness to redo the clean, and the manager even came in on his day off considering it was going to rain the next day so they may not have been able to do it when we had originally planned. I definitely will be taking my car here again!”
