Ed was terrific. We had a flat tire, and he tried to direct us to a tire shop. When they were all closed, he helped us fix our tire (and despite not normally offering this service)! Genuinely helpful and a Good Samaritan. He showed us some of the projects he was working on...transformational jobs on otherwise wrecked cars.
