Great customer service. I walked in with my unlocked iPhone 14 I got at the Apple Store and wanted prepaid wireless and the guy was able to help me right away and got me activated in 10 minutes !

5G+ service is terrible, or there's something wrong with my phone, either way AT&T store was completely unhelpful addressing the issue, they also told me to get out of their store, very unprofessional, do not recommend
