“I had an excellent experience working with Kristian at the Verizon store. He was attentive, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options without rushing the process. My situation was fairly involved since I was switching carriers, upgrading to a new phone, and adding a new iPad with internet service. Kristian handled everything professionally and made what could have been a complicated transition feel smooth and easy.
He made sure I was aware of every available promotion and helped me take full advantage of the carrier switch incentives. Because of his guidance, I was able to get an iPhone 17 Max for free, and my new iPad with internet service is only $15 per month, which is a huge improvement compared to the $40 per month I was paying with Spectrum.
All in, I now have Verizon’s top Unlimited plan, a brand-new iPhone 17 Max, and a new iPad with unlimited data service for both, and my total monthly bill is roughly $130. That’s an incredible value compared to what I was paying before.
Kristian’s customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend working with him if you’re considering switching to Verizon or upgrading your devices.”

Took no more than 30 minutes, price for labor was reasonable and everything looks good and working well, my only suggestion is to be a bit more friendly; not very personable which can come off as rude to some. That is how you get 5 stars. Other than that I will return if I need work done on my phone, I just won't expect any small talk or witty banter.”
